Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort
  • Support Daily Living: Help residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, helping residents feel less isolated and more connected
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Make regular wellbeing checks to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and their needs are being met
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including those related to resident privacy, health and safety, and care standards
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance our service offerings and care processes

  • Experience in Care: Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential
