Job Description:

Bank Contract role providing essential support to individuals in their own homes through personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and wellbeing checks. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care role preferred
