Job Responsibility

Taking information from golden sources and apply to operating systems
Monitoring and handling exceptions basing on experience and knowledge

Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues that require deep domain expertise
Serve as the primary authority and go-to resource for in-depth knowledge in Corporate Action Event Capture area
Provide technical direction and expert support to operational readiness teams, management, and other stakeholders
Stay abreast of technological upgrades within the processing systems to proactively recommend their adoption where beneficial
Participate in UAT testing, analysis of received evidence and providing sign offs for technological upgrade
Act as a trainer to junior and mid-level operational staff, fostering skill development and elevating the overall market and technical competency of the team
