Job Description:

External Manager In Training position at Circle K responsible for leadership, site management, employee training, customer service, and financial performance at a retail location.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately
Maintain a professional and supportive image
Schedule employees within Company guidelines
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Prepare performance appraisals
Train employees in customer service and safety
Manage store operations and financial performance

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train employees
Ability to use a computer
Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Nice to have:

Experience in retail sales
Leadership experience
