Job Description:

This position involves overseeing store operations, employee training, customer service, and financial management while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, and organized
maintain a professional and supportive image
schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image
resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner
prepare performance appraisals
train employees on safety procedures
ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly
analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize profits
safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
experience in retail sales preferred
experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions described
ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed
ability to supervise and manage functions
ability to use computer or acquire necessary computer skills
valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
