Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. Act as trusted advisor creating and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Delivery of assigned tasks within project delivery cycle
Understanding company technologies to provide technical systems management support
Deliver part of detailed technical design meeting customer requirements
Performing systems configurations
Troubleshooting systems errors/problems
Monitoring and/or testing systems performance
Contribute to design of technical solutions for customer environments
Work under supervision of technical lead with customer representatives
Maintain good relationships with team members and customers
Understand company strategy
Participate in technical community or profession

Requirements:

1-3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree (two year college program) in computer science or related area of study
without a degree, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with completion of specific deliverables
Able to communicate concepts with team and peers
Able to produce basic documentation to required standards
Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
Fundamental technical knowledge
