Job Description

An external freelance lecturer for “Frontend Programming” (m, f, d) (Digital Business and Data Science, B.Sc.) in Hamburg, Germany. The teaching load comprises 3 SWS (teaching units with each unit being 45 min.). The opportunity: To become an adjunct lecturer at a university of applied sciences in Hamburg, Germany and to share your knowledge and passion with students from all over the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Implementation of the course (language of instruction: English)
  • Preparation and evaluation of certificates of achievement

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the fields of Computer Science/Data Science
  • Place of residence must be in or near Hamburg/Germany
  • Completed relevant university studies (at least a Master’s degree)
  • Teaching experience at universities is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and willingness to work hard
  • Experience working in international environments welcome
  • Must be eligible for freelance work if you are a non-EU citizen, e.g. you have full- or part-time employment or are a full-time registered freelancer

Nice to have

  • Teaching experience at universities
  • Experience working in international environments
