Job Description:

We’re seeking a driven and coachable External Development Representative (XDR) to join our growing sales organization. As an XDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential prospects through outbound and Inbound channels. You’ll play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline, driving market awareness, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, B2B SaaS sales, and the cybersecurity industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research target accounts to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers
  • Communicate the value and business impact of Island’s browser technology
  • Help to drive attendance to local, regional and national events and do post event follow up
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain precise data entry and timely updates within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Track and report daily activity metrics and contribute to a high-performing team culture
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and product updates

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with a high GPA recommended
  • Very Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for technology, SaaS products, and security innovation
  • Knowledgeable with current XDR tech stack tools (SFDC, SalesLoft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, OnFire, and others.) highly encouraged
