  • Experience working in Exterior Trim design and development
  • Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts for multiple design projects to ensure successful launches within stipulated timelines
  • Track progress and encourage teamwork to achieve each milestone on time
  • Interface with the Test Department and Exterior Trim suppliers to keep the validation program on track for vehicle production start, including BOM management
  • Utilize Jira to communicate engineering tasks and track progress
  • Utilize Confluence to publish critical information
  • Provide regular progress updates to management and executive staff
  • Lead design release and engineering change requests through the Lucid ECR system
  • Develop and manage process initiatives to streamline project tracking
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve engineering challenges with mechanical systems
  • Proactively collaborate with other teams and partners to address launch challenges and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Occasionally travel to the manufacturing plant in Arizona to support build activities
  • Present to executive staff when required
