The Exports Customer Service and Innovations Planner is responsible for overall supportability planning and alignment for Export markets. This role oversees MSO customer service concerns and ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate all plans and updates to Export markets as the main point of contact for all issues in Export markets
Collect demands and orders from Export markets
Liaise with Supply Planning Team on production plans and supportability
Manage requests from Export markets, including documentation, airfreights, and demand pull-ins
Highlight deviations from plans to both Export customers and Supply Planning Team
Provide Export customers with phased plans and estimated dispatch date
Ensure on-time stock transfers from factories to Export warehouses
Ensure on-time Export loading with the Logistics IMPEX and Brokers
Lead local kick-off and network for Export market-led innovations
Ensure network tasks completion for Export innovations
Work with Finance to provide Export customers with quarterly TPs
Support total Integrated Planning Inventory KPI by ensuring made-to-order Export stocks are dispatched within the same month
Requirements:
Preferred at least 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning and export-related areas
Open to fresh grads with internship experience and knowledge experience on Supply Chain operations
Working knowledge of supply chain management principles
