The Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring stable export operations and maintaining high service levels for both PC and B&W business units. This role oversees export customer service concerns, ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations, and manages export demand planning.
Job Responsibility
Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT)
Manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets
Ensure smooth operations in the export distribution process (Distribution Requirements Planning) to deliver high levels of customer service to Export markets
Provide transparency on the overall supply situation to Export markets and highlight any supply risks to support the business planning process
Consolidate Export market demand and analyze demand movements
Drive digitization initiatives on Export demand collation (RPA, Kinaxis)
Ensure compliance with CO procedures and policies (Service Level Agreements, Working Capital, Sourcing Capabilities, etc.) in associated countries
Support the S&OP process by driving a structured Regional Demand and Supply Reconciliation process
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning and export-related areas
Working knowledge of supply chain management principles
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good working knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is an asset
