Job Description

In this vital operational role, you will evaluate and coordinate international distribution schedules to maximize export efficiency across the global supply chain network. Process and monitor global customer orders across multiple business units in compliance with international legal and regulatory guidelines. Manage order fulfillment lines in alignment with end-to-end accountability concepts to maximize delivery reliability. Partner with transport specialists, freight forwarders, and internal coordinators to resolve documentation variances and prevent transit delays. Prepare, validate, and track critical shipping files, certificates of analysis, and material safety data records. Execute export transactions within tier-1 ERP infrastructure while maintaining data accuracy for system audits.

  • Strong capability to manage data processing timelines and prioritize high-volume documentation tasks independently
  • Diploma or undergraduate qualification in supply chain operations, business studies, or an equivalent commercial discipline
