We are seeking an Internal Sales and Order Administrator to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and a focus on great customer service. Responsible for liaising with customers and general admin tasks, this role is key to the smooth running of the administration and sales office.
Job Responsibility:
Liaising with customers to complete Quotes
Following up with customers to convert quotes into orders
Managing enquiries which come through Key Account Management team
Updating price lists and supersessions
Liaising with Category Managers regarding cost updates, loading new part numbers
Updating customers on the status of their orders
Some basic administration tasks
Process orders via phone and email
Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
Attend to general and sales enquiries
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills
Capable of concurrently managing multiple workstreams
Previous experience in customer service and keep the customer front of mind at all times
Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, competing priorities and work demands
Experienced working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
