Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Sales and Order Administrator to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and a focus on great customer service. Responsible for liaising with customers and general admin tasks, this role is key to the smooth running of the administration and sales office.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with customers to complete Quotes
  • Following up with customers to convert quotes into orders
  • Managing enquiries which come through Key Account Management team
  • Updating price lists and supersessions
  • Liaising with Category Managers regarding cost updates, loading new part numbers
  • Updating customers on the status of their orders
  • Some basic administration tasks
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
  • Attend to general and sales enquiries

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Capable of concurrently managing multiple workstreams
  • Previous experience in customer service and keep the customer front of mind at all times
  • Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, competing priorities and work demands
  • Experienced working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
