This role is responsible for driving the company's international growth strategy by identifying new export opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding business across global markets. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of export initiatives, manage commercial negotiations, and support sustainable revenue growth through international sales.
Job Responsibility
Identify and prioritize new export market opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and sales agents
Prepare commercial proposals and proforma invoices
Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms
Coordinate demand planning activities with Production and Operations teams
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics
Support contract negotiations and customer onboarding processes
Drive business growth by converting leads into customers and expanding the company's international presence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields
Solid experience in B2B export sales, international business development, or global commercial operations
Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills
Experience working with international customers, distributors, and channel partners
Knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, pricing strategies, and international commercial practices
Deep understanding of the Americas market and the GM product portfolio
