Job Description

EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR | EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR. We are recruiting an Export Sales Coordinator to join a busy Sales Administration team. This role focuses on export order processing, customer service, and export documentation, managing orders from receipt through to delivery for EU and non-EU customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Export Administrator or Sales Order Processor looking for a stable hybrid role with clear responsibilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and manage export sales orders from order receipt to delivery
  • Provide a high level of customer service to international customers
  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal departments and customers
  • Handle customer queries via telephone and email
  • Prepare and issue export documentation including invoices, shipping notes, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, HM Customs, and country-specific requirements
  • Manage stock availability, logistics and delivery information
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry and diary management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in export sales order processing or export administration
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation (EU and non-EU)
  • Experience working in a customer service or sales support environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
