Job Description

Detail-driven professional role managing the full order cycle while working closely with international suppliers and B2B clients across the UK and Europe

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full order cycle from receipt to delivery
  • Receive, validate, and enter customer orders into ERP systems
  • Confirm product availability, pricing, shipping terms, and lead times
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the order cycle
  • Prepare customer-specific paperwork in line with individual SOPs
  • Liaise with Chambers of Commerce and suppliers for export documentation
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
  • Act as a point of contact for B2B customers regarding order status and shipping updates
  • Generate reports on open orders, delivery performance, and KPIs
  • Support initiatives to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Experience working with international suppliers, ideally in China
  • Familiarity with UK and European B2B clients and basic customs requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP/order management systems
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of export logistics, customs processes, and Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP)
  • Experience working with distributors, retailers, or wholesale customers
