Job Description:

Detail-driven professional role managing the full order cycle while working closely with international suppliers and B2B clients across the UK and Europe

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full order cycle from receipt to delivery
Receive, validate, and enter customer orders into ERP systems
Confirm product availability, pricing, shipping terms, and lead times
Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the order cycle
Prepare customer-specific paperwork in line with individual SOPs
Liaise with Chambers of Commerce and suppliers for export documentation
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
Act as a point of contact for B2B customers regarding order status and shipping updates
Generate reports on open orders, delivery performance, and KPIs
Support initiatives to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Experience working with international suppliers, ideally in China
Familiarity with UK and European B2B clients and basic customs requirements
Proficiency in ERP/order management systems
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail

Nice to have:

Knowledge of export logistics, customs processes, and Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP)
Experience working with distributors, retailers, or wholesale customers
