Job Responsibility

  • Managing a portfolio of established international distributor partners across key European markets
  • Owning customer budgets, forecasts, KPIs and commercial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to accelerate growth across both existing and developing markets
  • Working closely with distributor partners to execute commercial plans, promotional activity and marketing initiatives
  • Developing strong relationships across internal teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning
  • Analysing market performance and using data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Regular international travel to support distributor relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing international distributors within FMCG
  • Experience across European export markets, ideally including the Nordics
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and delivering profitable growth
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and develop long-term distributor partnerships
  • Highly organised, analytical and data-driven with strong planning skills
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable presenting, negotiating and working cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously whilst building strong internal relationships
  • FMCG experience
