Job Description

Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating Vitaco stock transfers to Australia, international shipments, and contract customer orders. You'll ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently, stakeholders are kept informed, and export documentation remains accurate and compliant. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with customers, freight partners, and internal teams to deliver a seamless export experience and keep products moving across global markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and completing export documentation accurately and on time
  • Coordinating import and export permits, declarations, and export certificates
  • Working closely with freight forwarding partners to support smooth and timely shipments
  • Monitoring production schedules and finished goods releases to help keep exports on track
  • Keeping customers, Market Managers, and key stakeholders updated on shipment progress, permits, and any issues
  • Supporting International Market Managers and maintaining accurate customer and shipment records

Requirements

  • Preparing and completing export documentation accurately and on time
  • Coordinating import and export permits, declarations, and export certificates
  • Working closely with freight forwarding partners to support smooth and timely shipments
  • Monitoring production schedules and finished goods releases to help keep exports on track
  • Keeping customers, Market Managers, and key stakeholders updated on shipment progress, permits, and any issues
  • Supporting International Market Managers and maintaining accurate customer and shipment records
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think ahead, manage priorities, and work proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous customer service experience within a New Zealand export, logistics, or shipping environment would be beneficial
  • Experience within an FMCG environment, along with exposure to Navision or other ERP/MRP systems, would be an advantage
