Job Description

The Export Key Account is responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts across assigned European markets, in line with the company’s sales, pricing, and financial policies. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. It involves regular travel, market and competitor analysis, customer presentations, and participation in trade events. The position also ensures proper contract management, collections, reporting, and compliance with company procedures and budgets.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting continuous market research and prospecting potential customers in assigned export markets, in line with the company’s sales strategy
  • Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio by maintaining strong commercial relationships, conducting regular customer visits, preparing tailored sales presentations, and ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Promote the company’s products and services through professional customer presentations, adapting content to the type of client, point of sale, and sales potential
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing the company’s sales, pricing, and financial policies and by actively monitoring customer performance
  • Negotiate contractual terms within the limits of the authority granted, propose new contracts or amendments, monitor contract execution, validity, and settlement terms, and ensure the existence of valid commercial contracts
  • Manage customer contracts, ensuring timely execution, monitoring key milestones, payment terms, and contract completion
  • ensure timely collection of receivables and propose corrective measures when necessary
  • Track competitors’ activities (pricing, discounts, promotions, delivery conditions, warranties) and report market insights and recommendations in periodic activity reports
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, symposiums, and technical training sessions, and collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Finance) to support sales activities
  • Prepare and submit regular activity and expense reports, ensure compliance with budgets, company procedures, legal requirements, and maintain company assets while representing the company’s image professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Advanced training or specialization in sales
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment
  • experience in the optics industry is an advantage
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Adaptability, strong communication abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driving license
