POSITION: International Logistics Coordinator LOCATION: Sherbrooke SALARY: $50,000 to $65,000 per year SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. POSITION TYPE: Full-time, permanent, day shift

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse the modes of transport that best meet the needs of customers
  • Complete and send all necessary documents for the import and export of goods
  • Transmit delivery documents to customers, shippers, suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure strict compliance with laws and regulations concerning transport according to the standards of each country involved
  • Meet the established delivery deadlines and carry out the necessary follow-ups
  • Maintain harmonious and lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and carriers
  • Keep the data up to date in the management information system

Requirements

  • Any relevant and completed degree. Ideally in a discipline related to transport logistics, which is considered an asset
  • Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel: Functional
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain focused
