We are looking for a dedicated export coordinator to join a leading team dedicated to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical solutions and manufacturing excellence to global markets! In this role, the export coordinator will ensure the seamless execution of export procedures while maintaining high-level compliance with global regulatory standards. As an export coordinator, you will be the primary link between a global clientele and the internal operations, guaranteeing excellence in every shipment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the full lifecycle of Export Purchase Orders (POs), from initial entry to final delivery and completion
Issue, verify, and manage all essential export documentation, ensuring strict adherence to international regulations and customs requirements
Liaise with Logistics, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Finance departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely shipments
Maintain daily communication with international customers, providing prompt responses to inquiries and resolving any issues effectively
Manage tender processes and provide specialized support for Letters of Credit (L/C)
Monitor and update customer forecasts to support supply chain efficiency and production scheduling
Maintain accurate records, generate export reports, and ensure all data systems are up to date
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks related to orders, shipping delays, or logistics challenges
Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Proven track record in export operations or international customer service
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
Excellent computer literacy and hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is highly desirable and will be considered a significant plus
