Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Classify physical goods, software, and technology in accordance with EU, US, export control regulations
Perform tariff classification under EU and non-EU schemes
Conduct de-minimis calculations for US content
Screen business partners against sanctioned-party lists
Manage export licenses, sanctions, and exporter declarations
Work closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving export control laws and other foreign trade regulations

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering
Strong understanding and proven experience in export control and tariff classification
Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS) is a bonus
Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

German proficiency
