As an Export Control, Sanctions, Tariff Classification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group’s compliance with international trade regulations. You'll assist in navigating complex export control laws, classifying goods and software, and managing sanctions regimes. Job Responsibility:

  • classify physical goods, software, and technology in accordance with EU and US export control regulations
  • perform tariff classification under EU and non-EU schemes
  • conduct de-minimis calculations for US content
  • screen business partners against sanctioned-party lists
  • manage export licenses, sanctions, and exporter declarations
  • work closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
  • stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving export control laws and other foreign trade regulations

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering
  • strong understanding and proven experience in export control and tariff classification
