Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Export Admin Team Supervisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Job Responsibility:
Supervise and organise the flow of work through the Export Admin Team
Build a positive team spirit amongst the Export Admin Team and lead them by example (currently 4 team members)
Process and oversee export customer orders from start to finish
Interact with a diverse global network of dealers and distributors
Liaise with internal teams for timely and compliant export order despatch
Work through daily problem solving and share key learning with the team
Occasionally attend overseas trade shows if required
Requirements:
To have a positive customer focused mindset and be proactive
Previous experience working in an Export based role is preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be culturally aware with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and international customers
To be highly organised, efficient and adaptable to change
The ability to prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Computer literacy, including experience of Microsoft Office applications
