Reporting directly to the Catering Manager, the Expo Supervisor is responsible to oversee the distribution of all food items for game day catered areas.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the operation of their assigned event or area on game day.
Deliver pre-shift meeting with Runner and Warehouse Supervisor, communicating event details from the banquet event order.
Responsible ensuring that all ordered food items arrived to it designated location per the banquet event order.
Communicates with the Runner Supervisor to assure all the food is being delivered to the proper location
Ensure staff is following Uniform and Grooming Guidelines
Ensure that assigned team is following all process and procedures and that Legends Service Standards are being met
Responsible for tracking temperature logs for hot boxes and cooler/Walk-in at the start, during and at the end of every event
Submit event documentation at the end of the event to the Catering Manager

Possesses excellent guest service skills
Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization
creates and builds positive and productive relationships
Maintain high standards of food service and appearance and have a high level of guest satisfaction awareness
Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have at least one-year experience in a food & beverage leadership role.
Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games, USF Games and major Stadium events
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
