Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Catering Manager, the Expo Supervisor is responsible to oversee the distribution of all food items for game day catered areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the operation of their assigned event or area on game day.
  • Deliver pre-shift meeting with Runner and Warehouse Supervisor, communicating event details from the banquet event order.
  • Responsible ensuring that all ordered food items arrived to it designated location per the banquet event order.
  • Communicates with the Runner Supervisor to assure all the food is being delivered to the proper location
  • Ensure staff is following Uniform and Grooming Guidelines
  • Ensure that assigned team is following all process and procedures and that Legends Service Standards are being met
  • Responsible for tracking temperature logs for hot boxes and cooler/Walk-in at the start, during and at the end of every event
  • Submit event documentation at the end of the event to the Catering Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games, USF Games and major Stadium events
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
