Job Responsibility

  • Supervise RC and diamond drilling programs across near-mine and regional exploration activities
  • Log RC samples and diamond core accurately, ensuring high-quality geological data is captured
  • Collect, validate and analyse exploration data to support resource discovery and program decisions
  • Participate in field mapping, surface geochemistry and other regional exploration programs as required
  • Coordinate effectively with drilling contractors, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to execute programs efficiently
  • Maintain strong safety standards in the field and provide regular technical updates and reporting to the Senior Geologist

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Geology, with at least 2 years’ experience in exploration or mining environments
  • Confident working in the field with strong logging, data collection and validation capabilities
  • A clear communicator who can build effective working relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders
  • A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced exploration setting
