Job Description:

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking an Exploration and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate logistics for exploration programs, including equipment, transportation, accommodations, and supplies
  • Schedule travel and manage site accommodations for field teams
  • Support field operations by ensuring equipment and supplies are available as needed
  • Maintain site services and exploration equipment, including power, water, heating, and cooling systems
  • Assist with logistical planning and forecasting for current and upcoming exploration programs
  • Ensure adequate space, core shack access, and core saw availability to support drilling activities
  • Coordinate satellite camp setup, transportation, and infrastructure installation as required
  • Track expenses, process invoicing and accruals, and prepare reports for leadership
  • Manage work orders, supply orders, and notifications in SAP
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
  • Provide equipment and safety training to exploration staff where applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Exploration Superintendent

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in exploration camp logistics, mining operations, or related field
  • Practical hands-on ability to troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues
  • Experience with invoicing, accruals, and administrative coordination
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
  • Ability to work in remote locations and travel to field sites as required
  • Valid drivers license
