Covers all related ASML Factories (supporting) activities to assemble and test qualified modules and submodules into a complete system, including the optical fabrication processes. Works independently, based on procedures and practices and is subject to managerial control and review of end results, escalates to next level if out of scope. Is a sparring partner for GL on process, projects and technical topics. Develops and maintains a network across several functional areas to use for problem resolution related to a specific module.

Requirements
