As an Expert, Virtual Business, at T-Mobile, you'll play a pivotal role in the acquisition of new business customers and the management of a base of existing business accounts. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships over the phone, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is motivated by reaching and exceeding targets. You will engage prospective small and medium business customers over the phone, and execute the full-cycle sales motion including conducting discovery conversations to understand business needs, recommend solutions, opportunity management and closing sales. You will also be responsible for the account growth of an existing base of business accounts. Successfully acquiring accounts within your assigned geographic territory and managing your assigned account base, will enable you to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives. This position requires a high volume of customer calls, appointments, emails, and other interactions with your customers. Having superior listening and communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an ability to build instant rapport with customers is key to success as an Expert, Virtual Business.

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position (Preferred)
1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset (Required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
