Job Responsibility
Maintains open lines of communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for operational roles
Collaborates with HR and department heads to provide post-hiring support, such as creating shift rooster when necessary and ensuring new hires receive necessary training and resources
Delivers constructive post-interview feedback from clients to candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting talent-client relationship
Communicates rejection decisions to candidates professionally, offering feedback, guidance in career path customization, and opportunity to be added to talent pool for future roles
Shares insights about market trends on Enterprise staffing and candidate expectations to help client refine their hiring strategies
Supports employee retention efforts, collaborating with HR to analyze attrition reason and to improve the onboarding experience for Enterprises
Networks with industry professionals to enhance recruitment knowledge and practices around operational roles in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities
Requirements
