As part of our global cooperation with ING, we are expanding our services into Belgium. That also requires finding the right people to support us in this new team, which is where you come in! In this new and international team, you’ll work as a Talent Advisor, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. From receiving the vacancy to the candidate’s start date, you’ll ensure a smooth recruitment process. You’ll frequently interact with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment needs and advising them on their talent requirements. Together with your sourcing recruiter and the coordination team, you’ll make sure you hire the right talent in the most efficient manner. You will join a new team of 5, working onsite at ING Belgium. Your other Randstad Sourceright colleagues from the sourcing and admin teams based in Budapest, have already started their cooperation. This team is the final part of the implementation. Which means you will have the freedom together with your new colleagues to create a successful team together! We operate in a hybrid model, where you will be expected to work 2 days at the client’s office in Brussels.
Job Responsibility
Being a partner and talent advisor for hiring managers
Creating and publishing job descriptions with hiring managers
Attract the best candidates in a variety of ways together with your sourcing recruiter
Manage candidate influx and proposing top candidates
Discussing candidates and optimizing the decision-making process
Guiding applicants through their application process for the best candidate experience
Maintaining the ATS system (reporting, screenings, interviews, rating candidates, etc.)
Daily contact with hiring managers, HR, and supporting departments
Sharing best practices within program-wide initiatives
Process improvement and account optimization
Requirements
Affinity with the recruitment industry in Belgium
Experience as a recruiter in the financial sector is a plus
Ability to work independently with a self-starting mentality
Proficiency in English is a must. In addition, proficiency in either French and/or Dutch
Nice to have
