We are looking for Expert Talent Advisor who will support our Nordic MSP programs for Siemens AG and Siemens Energy. About the project: The Talent Advisor role is a key strategic and operational function within Randstad Sourceright (RSR). You will support our Nordic MSP programs for Siemens, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes and future‑ready workforce strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full-Lifecycle Recruitment Ownership - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent roles across the Nordic region, from intake to placement
  • Strategic Talent Advisory - Partnering with Hiring Managers to provide expert guidance on job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and market conditions
  • Stakeholder Management - Serving as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders and HRBPs, translating technical business needs into actionable talent strategies
  • Market Intelligence - Leveraging data and competitor insights to advise on salary ranges, talent availability, and workforce trends
  • Supplier & Performance Management - Driving supplier alignment and monitoring performance scorecards to ensure consistent delivery and high candidate quality
  • Operational & Financial Reporting - Owning systems to manage ticketing, headcount reporting, and cost-savings tracking
  • Process Excellence - Ensuring full compliance with MSP standards while meeting all SLAs and KPIs through innovative recruitment solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in Talent Advisory, Recruitment, RPO/MSP, or Sourcing within a complex, ideally global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive daily recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Strong experience conducting intake calls, managing requisitions, and advising stakeholders
  • Confidence in engaging with engineering and technical Hiring Managers, with a willingness to learn and understand the client’s business
  • Proven capability to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment strategies
  • Experience with market insights, data analysis, and presenting reports
  • Track record of innovation and process improvement in an RPO/MSP environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Fieldglassx, ServiceNow, DOMO, or similar platforms is an advantage but not required
