Do you enjoy making a positive impact in people’s life during a difficult period in their career? Then we have the right opportunity for you! For our partnership with ING Belgium, we are looking for a matchmaker. About the Role: The Expert Talent Advisor (Internal Mobility Specialist) is a new role within ING. As a matchmaker you are responsible for making the match between redundant candidates and internal vacancies. Becoming redundant has a big impact on a person and can lead to a lot of uncertainty. To support our colleagues during this time, you as a Expert Talent Advisor will get in touch with them for an intake. Together, you discuss their needs and skills and create a profile together based on their interests. You provide them with suitable vacancies and support them in their application journey, for example by offering interview and CV tips when needed. All with the goal of helping our redundant colleagues back to a job within ING. Work Environment: You will become part of the talent acquisition team of ING, which is managed by Randstad Sourceright. The team consists of 5 talent advisors, who work together with their other supporting colleagues to fill in all the vacancies of ING. You will work closely with them, supporting them with questions related to redundant colleagues and reaching out when trying to make a match for one of your candidates. The role is new within ING Belgium and has only been created recently in other countries. Therefore the basic process has been set up, but this still leaves you with room to shape the process to how you feel you can best support your candidates in creating matches. You will work mainly from the ING main office in Brussels. We operate in a hybrid model, where you will be expected to work 2 days at the office. Why Join Us? This role is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your HR career. You will be part of a new team within one of the largest banks through the number 1 HR company in the world.
