We are currently looking for an Expert Talent Advisor (Executive Recruitment) to support our client—a prestigious financial services company specializing in the settlement of securities transactions. In this senior-level, in-house recruiter role, you will manage executive and leadership recruitment (Director, MD-level, and senior IT/Business roles). You will be a guide and advisor to the Client's hiring community, balancing pragmatic operational delivery with high-level stakeholder influence. Location: Brussels (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in-office).

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Director and MD-level stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with the ability to provide professional pushback
  • Manage the full lifecycle for high-stakes roles
  • Co-create and design bespoke sourcing strategies for white-collar and leadership professionals
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an elite experience for senior-level talent
  • Manage requisitions via ATS while ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement of selection processes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of recruiting for Executive positions and/or managing Director-level stakeholders
  • Background in Financial Services, Banking, or IT is highly preferred
  • Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • A pragmatic mindset—capable of high-level strategy but willing to be 'hands-on' with operational recruiting
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate environments with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Fluency in English is essential
