Randstad Sourceright is excited to recruit a new Expert Talent Advisor to support the UCB account! We are looking for a passionate recruiter who wants to make a real impact by helping find talent that contributes to innovative treatments for people living with severe diseases. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates who share this mission. About the Role: As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company that promotes collaboration and curiosity that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds. You will be a strategic advisor and manage end-to-end recruitment for various key roles across Europe.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across Europe
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talent
  • Drive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiatives
  • Ensure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and global stakeholder management
  • A background in RPO and Life Sciences will be considered a significant asset
  • Solutions minded, proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Fluent English required
  • French is a plus
  • Willing to work 2 days per week on-site in Anderlecht

  • A background in RPO and Life Sciences will be considered a significant asset
