• Evaluating and arranging lots submitted by users
• Reviewing lot titles, descriptions, lot pictures, and providing users with an estimated value
• Rejecting submissions in a professional and courteous manner
• Creating attractive auctions every week
• Proactively identifying new types of supply and emerging trends within the market
• Collaborating closely with Sales to attract high-potential sellers, onboard new supply sources, and strategically grow the Rugs portfolio

• Expertise in hand-knotted rugs, including Oriental and Persian carpets, silk rugs, and Kelims
• Ability to confidently assess authenticity, age, condition, restorations, and material quality
• Comfortable valuing objects and determining realistic market prices based on images and limited information
• Commercial experience, such as price negotiations, establishing seller agreements, and actively sourcing new sellers or business leads (preferred)
• Natural team player who thrives in a diverse and international team environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills and comfortable working with digital tools
• Commercially driven and growth-oriented
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
• Analytical and confident in interpreting auction data
• Curious about using AI tools to streamline workflows
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
