With a structured and solution‑oriented approach, you secure carrier capacity, coordinate transports and keep processes efficient from planning to delivery. Your work directly supports the service quality our customers count on every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Consolidation of releases and orders, as well as management and processing of the dispatch planning list
  • Researching available freight capacities through online searches, freight exchanges, and the ERP system
  • Managing freight and loading space platforms such as Timocom or Teleroute
  • Conducting price negotiations, assigning transport orders, and sending relevant documentation to service providers
  • Processing complaints and clarifying transport invoices in cases of non‑performance
  • Monitoring lead times, pick‑up and delivery dates, and adjusting clearances and orders in case of deviations
  • Reporting problematic loading and unloading locations to customer service and field sales teams
  • Market observation, network maintenance, and preparation of analyses to optimize the transport network

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management Assistant
  • ideally Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or a comparable qualification)
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a logistics or transport environment
  • Good knowledge of transport handling, freight exchanges (e.g., Timocom, Teleroute), and ERP systems
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and common ERP systems
  • Experience working with international customers and CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of logistical workflows and service‑oriented processes
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of intercultural competence and confidence when interacting with diverse stakeholders
