Job Responsibility:

  • Advising Volkswagen AG and other group companies on tax matters related to international business activities
  • Analyzing and evaluating tax implications of cross-border transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, particularly documentation requirements
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external advisors to identify and assess tax risks
  • Participating in unilateral and bilateral mutual agreement procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Tax Law or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant practical experience in international tax law, preferably in accounting/taxation within an internationally operating industrial company, the financial administration, or a tax consultancy firm
  • Knowledge of tax reporting as well as risk management and compliance
  • Completed tax advisor exam desirable
  • English language level B1
