Job Responsibility:
Manage high-volume inbound business sales calls to identify customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions
Conduct customer research and build sales quotes using product knowledge and sales tools to support informed purchasing decisions
Partner with verification, credit underwriting, and fraud teams to validate new business customers and prevent fraudulent activity
Follow lead management processes to qualify customers and ensure compliance with fraud prevention protocols
Collaborate with field sales teams to facilitate deal partnerships across small and medium business and enterprise segments
Provide post-sale customer support for billing, device, and service issues, coordinating with technical and sales support teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Less than 2 years Inbound/Outbound commissioned environment (Preferred)
Less than 2 years Business customer service, sales, or retention (Preferred)
