Job Description

As a Expert in Customer Service | Dutch | English at SABIC, you will be the vital link between our customers, Sales, and Supply Chain. You will ensure a flawless Order-to-Cash process and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage commercial and logistical needs of assigned customer cluster
  • Evaluate and translate customer requirements into internal requests
  • Proactive Supply Chain Management
  • Order-to-Cash cycle management (order handling, deliveries, complaints, forecasting, cash generation)
  • Process gatekeeping for Order-to-Cash procedures
  • Handle financial surcharges for additional logistical activities
  • Troubleshoot and anticipate disturbances in OTC/PTP processes
  • Roll out, implement, and maintain e-commerce functionality
  • Drive process efficiency using AI tools
  • Participate in optimization projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service or logistics (ambitious starters are highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Practical knowledge of SAP is required, along with ability to perform Order-to-Cash tasks in a hectic environment
