Job Description:

As Manager Group HR-Reporting & People Analytics, you'll build the foundation for future-proof analytics while creating efficiencies and transparency across the Group through data-driven workforce insights that improve organizational performance.

Job Responsibility:

Track key HR metrics related to employee data points to inform strategic decisions
Create and maintain data sets, reports, and metrics for the Group
Deliver timely reporting for all stakeholders including troubleshooting issues
Prepare, analyze, and provide insightful commentary on TUI Group's personnel figures for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Ensure HR reporting and controlling, personnel costs, and headcount planning for TUI AG
Develop People/HR KPI dashboards for automated HR analytics
Support implementation of new HR systems into HR-IT landscape
Align data definitions across the Group

Requirements:

Proven experience in Data Analytics and/or HR Controlling in an international environment
Advanced analytical skills and tool knowledge including experience with HR management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
SAP BW or other controlling tools (e.g. HFM) experience
MS Office and data visualization tools like Tableau proficiency
High affinity for data to generate superior insights
Ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Strong passion for solving business problems with data
Very structured, diligent and independent way of working
Excellent organizational skills and high degree of self-initiative and team spirit
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level within complex matrix organization
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
