Job Description:

We provide our customers with comprehensive services for managing and returning load carriers in the wholesale sector. To drive the growth of our business, we are looking for you - a committed professional who uses their network and expertise to strengthen relationships with our retail partners and customers.In this role, you will manage pallet vouchers, negotiate new agreements, and ensure smooth document flows. Your goal: to guarantee the physical return of load carriers in the shortest possible time and secure efficient processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop key retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various distribution platforms
  • Handle pallet voucher operations, including scheduling and coordination with logistics
  • Process complaints and prepare analyses to optimize processes
  • Support projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve the network

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or logistics training
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service or transportation
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ideally with Navision experience / CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Business-fluent Italian and English

  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented mindset
