Job Responsibility:
Customer service and consulting to strengthen long-term relationships
Management of customer accounts, including complaint and receivables management
Support in acquiring new customers and preparing and finalizing offers
Market analysis and strategic expansion of the country network
Handle pallet voucher for customer and retail
Collaboration with sales and project management to develop innovative solutions
Requirements:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales - ideally in logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, assertive manner
High level of customer and service orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking
Business fluent Italian, both written and spoken
good English skills
Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team with intercultural competence
