Job Description:

As an Expert Bullion, you will accelerate the growth of the Bullion segment by curating high-performing auctions and shaping the strategic direction of this fast-growing category. You will combine deep market expertise, commercial acumen, and a strong industry network to drive revenue, strengthen supply, and position the Modern Coins and Bullion offer for sustained growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Curate, review, and validate submitted lots to ensure authenticity, quality, and commercial viability
  • Build and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release cycles, mint calendars, and bullion trends
  • Apply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, conversion, and overall sales performance
  • Identify growth opportunities, supply gaps, and emerging trends to shape the category roadmap
  • Expand and activate a network of mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors to secure strong supply
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard high-potential sellers and support trend-driven campaigns
  • Guide sellers in improving listing quality, pricing, and presentation while managing feedback and disputes professionally

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in bullion, contemporary minting, and modern collectibles, with knowledge of release calendars, production methods, and grading trends
  • Proven commercial experience buying and selling bullion, ideally within wholesale or retail environments
  • Entrepreneurial and trading mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and act quickly
  • Active network including mints, authorised distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors
  • Analytical skills and confidence using data to price lots, identify trends, and optimise performance
  • Digital fluency and experience working within online marketplace environments
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills, with professionalism in stakeholder management
