Job Description:

SoSACorp has an immediate need for ex-military and civilian personnel who have demonstrated experience supporting Blue and White cell wargaming and/or experimentation for the DoD.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in concert with personnel from all service branches and multiple combatant commands
  • Participate in joint, globally integrated experiments enabled by data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Participate in the design, preparation, and execution of military or interagency wargames: Design objectives and assessment metrics
  • Support scenario creation
  • Participate in and/or guide Blue & White cells
  • Support post event assessments, reports, and wrap-up

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience of demonstrated wargaming/exercise experience either virtually or in the field
  • Operational experience with DoD systems such as: Palantir, Advana, JOS, JFN, GCCS, etc.
  • Secret Clearance or higher
  • Willing to work at exercise sites as well as SoSACorp corporate office in Fairfax, VA
