Job Description:

As an Experimental Parts Procurement Group Planner, you will collaborate with engineering, supply management, and experimental shop teams to coordinate the procurement of experimental parts supporting feasibility and durability builds. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with opportunities for growth in supply chain management.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a shared work queue to handle part requests, coordinating the procurement of experimental parts, feasibility builds, and durability builds
ensure timely ordering, delivery, and receipt of materials required for experimental operations
create and update Material Masters, Extend Views, and perform Material Movements using SAP systems as needed

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other common formulas
effective verbal and written communication skills
ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics
candidates with relevant work experience or recent/upcoming graduates will also be considered

Nice to have:

Familiarity with SAP software
experience or knowledge in Tableau and Power BI
