Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a creative and marketing background to support a fast-growing Brand Marketing team focused on national event activations and experiential campaigns. This role will act as a critical right-hand partner to senior brand leads, helping bring structure, process, and operational rigor to a rapidly expanding activation program. Since September, brand activations have become a core growth driver—ranging from multi-city campus tours and one-city stunts to gifting moments, major cultural tentpoles, and large-scale brand celebrations. As investment and volume increase, we’re looking for a PM who can step in, take ownership of workflows, and manage a complex network of external creative agencies and vendors. This role is ideal for a true project manager who thrives in creative environments, knows how to manage agencies, timelines, and budgets, and can bring order to highly visible, high-energy brand work.

Job Responsibility

  • Own project management for national brand marketing activations, from kickoff through execution and wrap
  • Manage multiple concurrent activations (often at least one per month), ranging in scale from city stunts to multi-market tours
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing leads, acting as a thought partner and executional support as programs scale
  • Manage and coordinate external creative agencies, production partners, and vendors, ensuring clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain activation timelines, task plans, and process checklists (often 10–15+ steps per activation)
  • Implement and manage budget trackers, POs, and spend reporting across agencies and activations
  • Bring structure to creative workflows—helping translate ideas into executable plans without slowing momentum
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working as activation volume increases
  • Support post-activation recaps, learnings, and planning for future programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience within marketing, creative, or brand environments
  • Strong agency management experience—comfortable leading external creative, experiential, and production partners
  • Experience working in or with creative teams, balancing structure with flexibility
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex, fast-moving projects
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Confident communicator who can keep teams aligned and projects moving forward

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with experiential marketing, live events, or brand activations
  • Experience supporting national or multi-market programs
  • Familiarity with scaling processes as investment and scope increase

What we offer

  • medical
  • dental
  • 401(k)
