Experiential Marketing Coordinator role focused on turning bold ideas into real-life moments that people film, share, and talk about. The position involves owning the entire process from concept development to execution and social media sharing for cultural and entertainment experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Own the whole show from concept to social media sharing
Transform wild ideas into timelines, budgets, run-of-show docs, and checklists
Coordinate internal teams, agencies, suppliers, performers, venues, city permits, PR
Hunt down the coolest suppliers for props, costumes, performers, vehicles, tech toys
Manage logistics including locations, permits, security, insurance, weather plans
Be the main contact on event day solving problems on the fly
Collaborate with social/content teams to ensure shareable content and UGC generation
Capture results and turn them into learnings for next time
Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas spotting trends and references
Ensure everything is on-brand, legal, culturally sensitive, and safe
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, advertising, strategy, or related field
2+ years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy - agency or in-house
Able to juggle and lead multiple tasks, teams, and timelines simultaneously
Clear, compelling communicator in external and internal collaboration
Passion for turning abstract business goals into bold, executable creative visions
Strong grasp of digital trends, consumer behavior, and multi-platform campaigns
Able to brief and review creative assets with aesthetic eye and strategic clarity
Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and turn data into actionable insight
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Bold thinking, cross-team collaboration, and creative excellence
Comfortable in scale-up culture with fast decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
Based in London or open to relocation
