Job Description:

Experiential Marketing Coordinator role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The position focuses on turning bold, creative ideas into real-life moments that generate social media buzz and user-generated content through stunts and experiential marketing activations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the whole show: from 'hey, what if we…?' to people posting it on TikTok and Instagram
  • Turn chaos into a plan: transform wild ideas into timelines, budgets, run-of-show docs, and checklists
  • Coordinate all the characters in the movie: internal teams, agencies, suppliers, performers, venues, city permits, PR
  • Hunt down the coolest suppliers: props, costumes, animals/performers, vehicles, tech toys, etc.
  • Make logistics look easy: locations, permits, security, insurance, neighbors, weather plan B (and C)
  • Be the boss on the ground: on event day, you're the main contact, solving problems on the fly
  • Think 'would I post this?' about everything: collaborate with social/content teams so every action is super shareable
  • Measure the magic: after each activation, capture results (reach, posts, impressions, foot traffic, buzz) and turn them into learnings
  • Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas: constantly spotting references, trends, and crazy stunts from around the world
  • Keep us out of trouble (the bad kind): ensure everything is on-brand, legal, culturally sensitive, and safe

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in communications, advertising, strategy, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy - agency or in-house
  • Able to juggle and lead multiple tasks, teams, and timelines at the same time without losing structure or quality
  • Clear, compelling communicator - both in external and internal collaboration
  • Passion for turning abstract business goals into bold, executable creative visions
  • Strong grasp of digital trends, consumer behavior, and multi-platform campaigns
  • Able to brief and review creative assets with an aesthetic eye and strategic clarity
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and turn data into actionable insight
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Bold thinking, cross-team collaboration, and creative excellence
  • Comfortable in a scale-up culture with fast decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
  • Based in Madrid, or open to relocation
