Spotify is seeking an Experiential & Content Production Associate to join the Global Experiential & Content Production team. You will join our Global Affairs org and collaborate with Comms, Marketing, Advertising, Content, and artist teams to execute all creative, event and content production needs for the Spotify brand. The production team member we seek will build off platform experiences and executions that connect creators or Spotify with their fans globally. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative executions that amplify our platform and bring it to life in a physical or digital way. You'll support in building scalable solutions to maximize the success of these event and content executions and drive business. Working closely with partners across the organization and in-market team members, you will support the Global Director in the development, communication, and flawless execution of our global experiential and content needs. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music and audio.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in executing special projects for both the Experiential and Content Production teams
Coordinate with the production department leads to identifying the level of support needed per tentpole event and content executions - supporting pre production planning and logistics, onsite execution, and post production reconciliation and content delivery
Coordinate event logistics across our portfolio of experiences - from our biggest global tentpole events to regional events and content productions, and key Spotify-owned activations and branded productions
Responsibilities may include: Catering / F&B Orders, Travel and Entertainment bookings, Managing guest lists, Artist bookings and owning internal artist booking process, Onsite artist management, Artist briefings, payments and contracts, Liaison between Content Production, PM, Creative Solution team, and at times partner clients, Invites, scheduling executive briefings, driving communication across internal cross-functional teams and external production vendors agencies
Create and manage a global calendar of production, documenting annual events, key milestones, and deadlines
Work with key teams as production team’s POC to ensure creative assets and needs are being met and delivered from internal or external creative teams, audio production teams, artist and brand approvals
Reconcile program, department, production and event budgets
Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure proper budget tracking and payments including managing PO’s, setting up suppliers
Support and lead smaller projects for the Experiential and Content team as needed
Requirements:
BA or an equivalent degree
3-4 years of experience in the media environment in a similar B2B or consumer production or marketing role
Understanding of the media landscape within the US and/or global markets
Ability to work autonomously as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
Highly organized, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and adhere to a budget, as well as negotiate vendor rates
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Fluent English speaker required
Impeccable Powerpoint, Keynote, Excel, Google suite skills
